Fernando Klein holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the Autonomic University of Barcelona, as well as an M.A. in Sociology. He teaches as a professor of Middle East Religions and Chair of the Religious Studies Department at the Complutense University, Madrid, Spain.

His latest book, The Dead Sea Jesus, discusses the Qumran Scrolls and their relationship to the earliest Christendom. He is also the author of Songs for the Memory, The Spain Civil War, Myths, Fables, & Legends, The Gnostic Gospels, People of the Book: Sons of God, The Angels Rebellion, Apocrypha Jesus, The Naked Bible, From Jesus to Christ: The Man Who Became God, and others.
